Definitions
Rusconi Arredamenti s.r.l. shall act as the selling party for all products and services that the Customer chooses to purchase through the Website and have delivered to their home. The sale of products and the provision of Services purchased through the Website are governed by these General Terms and Conditions, as well as, where applicable, by the provisions of the Consumer Code and Legislative Decree No. 70/2003, and by the provisions of the Italian Civil Code, insofar as not otherwise provided herein.
The offer of products available for purchase through the Website constitutes an invitation to treat, and the order submitted by the Customer through the Website shall constitute a contractual purchase proposal, subject to confirmation and/or acceptance by www.rusconiarredamenti.it as described below.
The characteristics of the products and services offered on the Website are described in the relevant product information sheets published on the Website. We invite you to read them carefully and to understand that certain products, although displayed on the Website, may not always be available or immediately available.
In the product information sheet for each product, it is clearly indicated whether the product you have selected is:
- “available”: meaning that the product is physically present in the central warehouse of Rusconi Arredamenti s.r.l..
In this case, the Customer may proceed immediately with the purchase of the relevant product by submitting the purchase proposal in accordance with the procedures indicated on the Website.
In the case of “available” products, the Customer’s purchase proposal shall be deemed immediately accepted by rusconiarredamenti.it. Therefore, the order receipt confirmation e-mail shall also constitute confirmation of acceptance. rusconiarredamenti.it will proceed directly with the shipment of the products purchased by the Customer within the timeframes and in the manner indicated in these General Terms and Conditions.
Product Unavailability
Rusconi Arredamenti s.r.l. undertakes to make every effort to satisfy its Customers and to process orders placed through the Website promptly and efficiently. However, it may exceptionally occur that a product indicated as “available” and for which the Customer has made payment at the time of order submission is no longer available at the time the purchase proposal is processed by Rusconi Arredamenti s.r.l.. In such a case, Rusconi Arredamenti s.r.l. shall promptly notify the Customer by e-mail and agree with the Customer on the method of return or modification of the order.
Before proceeding with the confirmation of their Order, the Customer undertakes to review these Conditions and to accept them by ticking (flagging) the relevant checkbox.
The Seller offers its products for sale within the limits of the stock available at the time the Purchase Order is placed. Orders may be subject to minimum or maximum quantity limitations.
The technical steps required to place an Order are clearly indicated in the sequence of pages on the Website through explanatory texts and graphics.
By clicking on “Confirm Order”, the Customer shall submit to Rusconi Arredamenti s.r.l. a contractual purchase proposal relating to the items contained in the Shopping Cart.
In order to complete the Order, the following formalities must be successfully completed:
a) reading and acceptance by the Customer, by means of “point and click”, of these Conditions;
b) electronic completion by the Customer – by entering all required data – of the Order Form, which contains a summary of the essential characteristics of each selected product or service and the relevant price; the chosen method of payment; the delivery methods for the purchased products; the delivery and shipping times and costs; the conditions for exercising the Customer’s right of withdrawal and for the application of the legal warranty of conformity; and the methods and time limits for returning the purchased products;
c) payment, in favor of the Seller, of the price of the product(s) purchased by the Customer, including shipping and delivery costs;
d) automated electronic transmission of the aforementioned Order Form to the Seller;
e) receipt, by electronic means, by the Seller of the aforementioned Order Form.
5.1 Prices
The prices of the products offered on the Website include VAT, while they do not include any shipping costs and/or other additional services that may be requested by the Customer.
The price of the services and products displayed on the Website in the relevant technical data sheets is the price in force at the time the Customer submits the purchase proposal, as shown to the Customer on the Website at the time of product selection and within the proposal itself.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, Rusconi Arredamenti s.r.l. reserves the right to modify, at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, the prices of the products and services from time to time available on the Website, without therefore providing any guarantee that the sale price of the products or services will remain available on the Website or unchanged for any specific period of time.
Product Description
The technical data sheets of the products available on the Website, containing descriptions of the functions and characteristics of each product, are prepared directly by the manufacturer of the relevant product.
The images and photographs used to illustrate each product description sheet are for indicative purposes only and may not perfectly represent the actual characteristics of the product, which may differ in size or color from those shown in the images provided.
Receipt
An order summary, which also serves as a receipt, will be included in the shipment.
Invoice
The invoice relating to the products (and related services) purchased through the Website will be issued at the time of shipment and will be included in the shipment, and a copy will be sent to the Customer’s e-mail address.
For orders involving multiple products, separate invoices may be issued according to the shipments made.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods
Products purchased by the Customer through the Website may be paid for alternatively using the following methods:
Credit Card;
PayPal;
Bank Transfer;
Cash on Delivery (available only within Italy);
Credit Card
If the payment method selected by the Customer is credit card payment, no charge will be made at the time the order is completed; only an authorization for the amount necessary for the purchase will be requested. The actual charge will be made only at the time of shipment of the product(s).
At no time during the payment process is Rusconi Arredamenti s.r.l. able to access or obtain information relating to the Customer’s credit card number or other financial, personal, or proprietary information. The payment order is in fact transmitted – via a secure connection – directly to the portal of the bank or financial institution expressly indicated at the time of Customer confirmation.
Rusconi Arredamenti s.r.l. shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable or responsible for any fraudulent or unlawful use of credit cards by third parties during the purchase and payment process.
Rusconi Arredamenti s.r.l. reserves the right not to accept a purchase proposal or to suspend the execution of proposals already confirmed in the event of anomalies or irregularities in the payment. In such cases, Rusconi Arredamenti s.r.l. reserves the right to request additional information from the Customer and/or copies of documents proving ownership of the credit card used for the purchase. In the absence of the requested documentation, Rusconi Arredamenti s.r.l. reserves the right not to accept the purchase proposal or to terminate any contract already concluded, without entitling the Customer to claim damages or assert any other claims.
PayPal
If the Customer chooses PayPal as the payment method, upon completion of the order the Customer will be redirected to the PayPal login page and the payment will be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions governing the Customer’s PayPal account. In this case, the amount for the purchase of the product will be charged immediately upon submission of the order, in accordance with PayPal’s applicable terms.
Bank Transfer
If the Customer chooses to pay by bank transfer, upon completion of the order the Customer will receive an e-mail containing the bank details to which the payment must be made.
WARNING: The order will be processed only after receipt of payment (which may take 1 to 3 days from execution).
Cash on Delivery
If the Customer chooses cash on delivery as the payment method, upon completion of the order the Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating the exact amount to be paid to the courier (bank checks are not accepted).
Place of Delivery
Rusconi Arredamenti s.r.l. shall deliver the products to the address indicated by the Customer in the purchase order. Goods are delivered at street level, at the corresponding street number (not inside the premises). Delivery is always preceded by prior notice.
Delivery Times and Storage
Products indicated as “available” shall be delivered within the time period specified in the relevant product sheet and/or in the e-mail confirming acceptance of the purchase proposal, and in any case no later than 10 (ten) working days from the date of sending the e-mail confirming acceptance of the purchase proposal.
Actual delivery times may also depend on the location of the delivery address.

Product Inspection by the Customer
Upon receipt of the ordered products, the Customer is required to verify:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the delivery note;
- that the packaging is intact;
- that the delivered product complies with the purchase order.
The Customer must sign the delivery note stating “subject to inspection of the integrity of the products”; failing this, the Customer shall not be entitled to subsequently contest the external non-conformity of the Product or discrepancies in quantity compared to what was ordered.
Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the product at their home, without any penalty and without providing any reason.

The Consumer Customer must notify their intention to withdraw from the contract using one of the following methods:
- by e-mail to online@rusconiarredamenti.it;
- by calling 031937563 from Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00–12:30 and 15:00–19:30.
Rusconi Arredamenti s.r.l. shall promptly confirm to the Consumer Customer, by e-mail to the address provided during the purchase procedure on the Website, receipt of the withdrawal notice and shall provide the Customer with instructions on how to return the relevant product(s).
In accordance with Article 59, letters (c) and (d) of the Consumer Code, the Consumer Customer may not exercise the right of withdrawal for products that have been altered due to lack of care by the Customer or that have been tampered with in any way.
The costs of returning the products shall be borne by the Customer, as provided for in Article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code.
Rusconi Arredamenti s.r.l. shall refund the price paid by the Consumer Customer within 14 days from receipt of the returned products and following verification of their condition, using the same payment method used by the Consumer Customer at the time of purchase. The time required for the refund to be credited shall depend on the payment circuit used by the Customer at the time of ordering the product.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Contract are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the provisions of the 1980 Vienna Convention.
Any dispute arising from the application of these Conditions or from the Contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Italian courts, in accordance with the applicable Italian legislation.
